Car shopping this weekend?

You’d think the Auto industry was healthy judging by splashy ads running up to this Memorial Day weekend.  This weekend is traditionally a great opportunity for discounts, and buyers have become conditioned to expect them. 

It’s still an old-fashioned price war.  Truthfully, discounts erode brand values and profitability, but they’re irresistible because they work. 

And if Memorial Day promotions help even a little, the auto industry isn’t in any shape to turn down sales.  It’s not a bad time for us consumers if you’re looking for a car.
